Title: Facsimile
Fandoms: Twilight/Stargate SG-1
Author: Melissa Treglia (aka [livejournal.com profile] gnosticdiva)
Word Count: 866
Inspiration: The way poor Mike Newton is constantly treated like crap for absolutely no reason, as well as SG-1's seventh season episode "Fragile Balance." I actually wrote this piece back in November, but dithered about whether to expand it from the one scene or not. Coming back to it the day after Christmas made me realize it's just fine as-is, with plenty of room for reader imagination to take over.
Rating: PG
Warnings: Major spoilers for the SG-1 episode "Fragile Balance."

Summary: Something weird's going on in Forks, Washington. Luckily, the SGC has a man on the inside to find out why.

Unfortunately, the word of one civilian teenager with mid-level security clearance wasn't enough to sway those who needed to listen. )

Title: Crossroads Blues
Author: Melissa Treglia (aka [livejournal.com profile] gnosticdiva)
Fandoms: Twilight/Supernatural
Word Count: 623
Rating: PG
Inspiration: Someone made a post on [livejournal.com profile] anti_bella about how Bella actually works better as a villainess than as a heroine. That definitely got the wheels turning, and Bella's desperation to be a vampire suddenly made a world of sense.
Warnings: None.

Summary: Edward was right about one thing. The Volturi aren't the bad guys.

She would have everything she ever wanted if she just kissed him. )

Fanfic rec: Sunlight Through The Night, by Late To The Party

This fic parodies Twilight with a gender-switched Edward and Bella and takes on the religious analogies in the story. Witness a prissy, religious, British human Edward played as a sympathetic character--and a powerful, morally troubling Bella finding some common ground with him.

Author: Late To The Party
Fandom(s): Twilight
Rating: PG-13
Word Count: 21K (in progress)
Inspiration: Twilight (first book)
Warnings: About the same as for Twilight itself.
Summary: Jezabella, daughter of Cain and Lilith, has inhabited Faux for centuries. Established by Puritans and Mexican immigrants, Faux is a hovel forgotten by time. A young man, Isaac, from England, returns home after many years abroad. Can his God-fearing ways save not only him, but redeem the town and her before it's too late? AU.

Fanfic: Gate Light

Author: Blueinkedfrost
Fandom(s): Twilight and Baldur's Gate
Rating: PG-13
Word Count: 11K (in progress)
Inspiration: Twilight (first book)
Warnings: Explosions, cyborgs, evil therapists, mad scientists, daring young reporters, and homicidal girls' soccer teams.
Summary: It's also a Twilight redux with a gender-switched Edward and Bella. A seventeen-year-old boy with issues meets a sparkling female vampire with a zest for unlife as well as a very surly werewolf. Spite against Twilight is a very inspiring topic.

Title: Bellatrix vs Edward
Author: Mibamonster
Fandom(s): Twilight & Harry Potter
Rating: G? PG-13?

Warnings: Character death
Summary: During the meadow scene, Bellatrix Lestrange pops up for a little chat. Beginning comes from Twilight, p. 231-2

Title: Bella and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day
Author: Melissa Treglia (aka [livejournal.com profile] gnosticdiva)
Rating: G
Word Count: 921
Inspiration: A certain charming picture book by Judith Viorst. Re-reading this little book, which I so loved as a child, encouraged me to re-write the first three chapters of the Twilight story using Judith's language and writing style.
Author's Note: We interrupt your regularly scheduled spitefic to bring a little palate-cleanser... mostly because I had to get some silliness out of my system before finishing up the next Mending Sunrise installment (wherein the proverbial naturally-expended waste is launched into the atmospheric oscillation device) and beginning a kickass crossover. I hope you enjoy this in the meanwhile.

Summary: Bella wakes up with her hair in tangles... and her day just gets worse from there.

I think I'll move to South America. )

Title: Operation Twilight: Resolution
Author: [info]afterandalasia
Fandom(s): Twilight
Rating: Probably R
Word Count: 3,294
Inspiration: Crime procedurals, Mervin's talking about the Cullens' death counts and... something. Boom, serial killer!Cullens and undercover!Bella.
Warnings: Descriptions of violence, rape and serial killer practices, and characters deep in delusion.
Summary: The string of murders has been going on for long enough. Charlie has been in deep cover to watch the Cullens, and now he's getting a partner to help take them down. And who would suspect a moody, clumsy highschooler of being a trained FBI operative who specialises in these sort of bait operations?
In part three, the Cullens are finally bought to trial, and Charlie and Bella go their separate ways.
Disclaimer: Twilight is most definitely not mine. My knowledge of police and FBI procedures is informed by the media as well as my own research, and I doubt that it's entirely accurate. But it is more fun. This story is set in 2005, approximately in line with the Twilight books.

Fandom(s): Twilight
Rating: R? Nothing graphic, but it doesn't seem PG-13 anymore...
Word Count: 1,878
Inspiration: Crime procedurals, and... something. Boom, serial killer!Cullens and undercover!Bella. This chapter includes Edward watching Bella in her sleep, and that infamous meadow scene.
Warnings: Discussion of serial killer practices, more detailed this time, and suggestion of cults. Descriptions of violence and reference to rape.

In part two, Charlie and Bella get the breakthrough that they're looking for.

Author: albion_witch
Rating: G
Word Count: 327
Inspiration: I was thinking about a possible next entry at anti-bella when I kept thinking about Bella's lack of self-preservation and how easily she gives into temptation. I started imagining how she would fare against a certain villain. I won't say who, but read on and you will know.
Summary: She loves her children. She has a real funny way of showing it, though.

Title: No Means No
Author: [livejournal.com profile] nintendogal55
Fandom: Twilight
Rating: PG
Word Count: 3,355
Inspiration: First book/movie
Warning(s): Mild language
Summary: Sequel to Other Bella and Revelations. Bella, still trying not to keep the future events from happening one day after meeting her future self, Edward is on her tail. Not taking no for an answer. It isn't long before she soon enlists the help of her friends, and her father.
Author's Note: Here is the sequel. I also want to take a moment to apologize for any errors at this point. I quite honestly will admit that I had trouble with comma punctuation in the past. Lame, huh? Well, I take full responsibility for my mistakes and will make a concerted effort to be more careful and aware of this from now on. Thank you all!

Title: A Day in a Peculiar Life: Part 2

Fandom: Twilight

Rating: PG-13

Word Count: 3314

Inspiration: The combination of Meyer’s desire to NOT develop any of her characters outside her precious Cullens and the entire Twi.Spite.Fic community’s writing fever.

Warning: Some graphic violence and detail.

Summary: Jessica makes a delivery that leads into finding out if her friend is guilty of murder.

Author’s Note: As noted by the tags, this will be part of a multiple chapter fic. If you haven’t read part 1 already, I suggest going to the fic titled “A Day in a Peculiar Life.” It won’t have a “Part 1” in the title.

Title: A Day in a Peculiar Life

Author: mage_apprentice

Fandom: Twilight

Rating: PG-13

Word Count: 3715

Warning: Mild language (tell me if the rating is too low or too high)

Inspiration: The combination of Meyer’s desire to NOT develop any of her characters outside her precious Cullens and the entire Twi.Spite.Fic community’s writing fever.

Summary: Jessica Stanley doesn’t find her life peculiar or something to hate, even if it does cause the occasional minor annoyance. This day features the day when a new student comes to Forks High.

Author’s Note: Interestingly, there’s really not a lot of information I could find on Jessica or her other friends. I guess that’s a green light for me to make up whatever I want as long as it could fit precious Bella’s pathetic point of view. Some of the dialogue concerning Bella is straight from the book and I changed Bella’s truck to the movie model. By the way, if you find some similarities to a certain Studio Ghibli movie, it’s not a coincidence.

Title: Fair is Foul, and Foul is Fair
Author: [livejournal.com profile] gnosticdiva
Fandom: Twilight
Rating: G
Word Count: 330
Inspiration: Twilight: 13. Confessions - "Edward in the sunlight was shocking." Shockingly inconsistent with the portrayal of vampires in every single thing ever, that is. But, it turns out that they'd be pretty badass if they referred to themselves as the creatures they actually resemble. Also, the title is taken from the first act of Shakespeare's MacBeth.
Warnings: None. This is quite likely the tamest thing I've ever written.

Summary: Jumping to conclusions can sometimes work in your favour.

Warnings: Character death... kinda. Possibly mind rape? A scene of dubious consent, certainly.

Summary: After smelling Bella for the first time, Edward's vampire urges kick in with a vengeance. I slightly spindled canon a little, making the Twi-vamps' bite pleasurable and giving them fangs.
