Inspiration: [livejournal.com profile] marienomad's debate!fic series, obviously. I got into the act with a Nick vs. Edward fic, and continued with Natalie vs. Bella. Now here's the finale of the trilogy, featuring the series' respective Big Bads... as well as a special guest. Yeah, it's shorter than the other two, but good things come in small packages. ;)
Warnings: Brief violence. Some anti-human sentiments (as per Twilight's canon and LaCroix's POV in Forever Knight). Major spoilers for both series. A shout-out to one of my favourite anti-Twilight fics, and a bit of pop culture thrown in.

Summary: What if Bella had called Edward on his behavior when he tailed her home from La Push? What might have happened if she actually stood up for herself? Bella/Edward the way it should have been.

Inspiration: Twilight: 13. Confessions - "Edward in the sunlight was shocking." Shockingly inconsistent with the portrayal of vampires in every single thing ever, that is. But, it turns out that they'd be pretty badass if they referred to themselves as the creatures they actually resemble. Also, the title is taken from the first act of Shakespeare's MacBeth.
Warnings: None. This is quite likely the tamest thing I've ever written.

Summary: Jumping to conclusions can sometimes work in your favour.

Author’s Note: I've been thinking lately of just how useless Carlisle is, as a character.  He doesn't really do anything other than patch up Bella and serve as kind of a walking hub for the others, so to speak.  Now, I realize that not everyone has to be a major player in a drama, but if Carlisle's supposed to be the Perfect Patriarch, he needs to be more active.  This takes place after Bella is brought home from Italy.
