Summary:
"My name is Leah Clearwater. I'm a werewolf, and I kill vampires. It's a long story, twisted, downright fucked up. And this was where it nearly ended."

It may not be the best of lives, but at least Leah Clearwater has figured this one out: hunt down vampires, kill them, and move on. Don't expect thanks, and don't wait around for revenge.

But occasionally, things don't go to plan. Suddenly, Leah finds herself facing what might be the most rational vampire she's ever met... and too
late, she realises that might have distracted her from a far larger danger.

Sequel to 'To Catch a Monster', set two years later, but can be read independently.
Notes: More Leah Clearwater kicking ass, now with 200% more fight scenes. (Literally.) Although the story is self-contained, there is a third part to come and so some story threads are not fully tied up. These include: (skip) meeting Aro and what Aro wants with Leah, Julian's sister and the imprint.

I originally intended to continue to post the story here, but it got so long that became difficult. So I'm posting the link, having checked the rules to make sure that isn't disallowed.

Just finished reading it and it's awesome.

I liked Jannan. She was truly a sympathetic vampire that I was scared when she was found out by the Volturi guards.

I want to see what happens to Leah next.

Eee, thank you! I can't lie, the basic thing I don't get about Sparklepires is that they seem to automatically be okay with murder, like not wanting to kill humans is the anomaly. Oddly enough, once you throw that out it seems that you get a likeable character...

Yes! There is a third part, which is currently being planned as it looks like it's going to get more complex. But it should be coming eventually!
