MOD POST: Delays in Alerts

Yo--just Mervin here, saying that, due to all of the LJ issues, I haven't been getting alerts as early and often as I should for submissions or people asking to join the comm. Just dropping that in to make sure people don't think I completely forgot about or hated their posts--I just don't see it. I'm gonna start moderating manually as a result, because I can't depend on email alerts right now. I don't know if it's the same way with gehayi, but it is definitely like that for me.

Yeah, it's the same for me. I get some alerts but not all--or even most. Hell, I'm still getting notifications from LJ that date back to FEBRUARY.
